MdA for Children
Mont des Arts for children
Several cultural and arts institutions on Mont des Arts have put together a special offer for the youngest among us.
BOZAR
Studios (education)
BOZAR STUDIOS, the arts education department, draws inspiration from the incredible variety of the artistic programming of Brussels’ Centre for Fine Arts to take you on a cultural journey there. Discover all the artistic disciplines and unleash your own creativity, whether you come as a family with child(ren), with the school and teachers, with youngsters or senior citizens.
Everyone’s welcome!

Royal Museums of Fine Arts – Museum of Ancient Art
Special programmes for children.
Museum of the National Bank of Belgium
By appointment, young schoolchildren (from secondary level upwards) can explore the Museum through a game led by a Museum guide. The museum game is available in French and Dutch. Children from 7 to 12 years of age can also take part in the treasure hunt - ‘Who will open the safe?’ An activity that’s both fun and interesting for families with children. The treasure hunt is available in French, Dutch and English. It’s not necessary to book for the treasure hunt.
The MIM FOR children
There are many different specific activities for children and young people to do with the school or individually during the holidays. The Workshop is a great place for them to let their hair down with all sorts of musical instruments. Workshops are held there all year round. Supported by our activity leaders, the children can have a great time for several days with well-known or more exotic musical instruments. The concert hall regularly hosts performances for children. The audience is then often made up of families. The children also really like being able to meet the musicians in person in the exhibition rooms.
